The Denier Femto plasma cleaner is a Muti purpose tool used to clean, etch or treat hydrophilic/ hydrophobic samples. It uses argon/oxygen 80/20 and can make runs up to 900 seconds. Power range is from 30 mA- 100mA. Its ease of use and somewhat large chamber makes it ideal for treating TEM grids or Cleaning SEM samples and accessories.
